"Emphasis on basic knowledge and attention to basic skills" is the essence of Chinese traditional education. The double base of mathematics is rooted in our teaching philosophy, and it is a fine tradition of mathematics teaching with Chinese characteristics, and it is also an important feature of mathematics teaching. With the development of the new curriculum reform, it is necessary to strengthen the double-base, but also combined with the quality of education, as well as the innovation of education. Thus, we gradually formed the basis of knowledge and basic skills, basic ideas and basic activities of experience, and "four group" mathematics education purposes.While the world is undergoing a new revolution, the supporting core of this revolution is information technology. Application of information technology in education, is promoting the reform of education towards networking, virtual, international and personalized direction, which is a severe challenge to the traditional education since the Middle Ages.In this paper, the research of Junior High School Mathematics "four group" teaching practice is under the background of the mathematical curriculum reform practice in Shanghai, to the guidance of the new curriculum ideas, combining the current situation of mathematics teaching, and through the ways of questionnaires, interviews, observation and evaluation concept of research.The practical research summarized the issue of the classroom teaching in junior high school, and proposes some solutions,which is a good reference to the future mathematics teaching.
