The preface mainly summarizes the theories of positive psychology,the meaning of life education and the situation of college students’ life education。It performs the ontology interpretation on positive psychology and life education,and define the concepts as the basis.The first chapter introduces the investigation of 9 university’s teachers and students.It includes the status of implementation of life education and college students’ understandings of life,life education.The main methods are interviews and questionnaires.The second chapter combines the results of interviews and questionnaires,analyzing the reasons which influence the implementation of college students’ life education from four aspects(society,family, school, college student).The results illustrate that family and student factors are the main obstructions which limit the implementation of life education in colleges and universities.Chapter III puts forward strategies from the perspective of positive psychology,which emphasis on changes in teaching methods,expansion of teaching channels and diverse teaching models.If only considering various factors synthetically,focusing on positive factors and positive directions,making the question simplify,the system of college students’ life education will be completed,and promoting the implementation and development of life education.
