University education plays a vital role in the formation of personal outlook on life and values,in addition to the study of social survival skills and subject knowledge,college education should also pay attention to improving college students' moral quality and personality cultivation,improving their psychological quality level,and paying attention to life education for college students,so that they can recognize and understand the preciousness of life and stimulate their consciousness of cherishing,fearing and protecting life.College students' life education focuses on encouraging and guiding college students to re-recognize and pay attention to their own lives,respecting and cherishing their hard-won life,developing and constructing excellent interpersonal network,promoting contemporary college students to establish correct and scientific outlook on life and values,improving their life quality and realizing the meaning and value of life,so it has profound theoretical basis and practical significance.This paper analyzes the life education of college students from the perspective of positive psychology,hoping to enrich the research contents of such topics as life education of college students and improve the effectiveness of life education of college students.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is the definition of core concepts and an overview of related theories,including the connotation,contents and methods of positive psychology,life education and college students' life education.The second part discusses the feasibility and focus of positive psychology applied to contemporary college students' life education.The third part is the empirical analysis of contemporary college students' life education.According to the results of the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons of life education contemporary college students,which are mainly manifested in family,school and individual factors.The fourth part explores the effective strategies to improve the life education of contemporary college students from the perspective of positive psychology,which are mainly manifested in experiencing positive emotions,reviving the enthusiasm for life,tapping the potential of positive personality,cultivating all-round life individuals,and building the synergy of life education by actively organizing the system.Specifically,it is necessary to enhance the subjective well-being of college students,innovate the experiential teaching of the meaning of life,and cultivate their emotion regulation ability in adversity;Educators should teach college students to learn to be grateful,strengthen their self-esteem and self-efficacy,improve their resilience,and face life frustrations with optimistic interpretation style;Colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of concept,teaching staff,curriculum system and education environment of life education,and finally build a new "four in one" model of life education.
