The university period is a crucial period for college students to be adultized and socialized.During this period,their outlook on life,values and psychological quality will mature and stabilize.Therefore,the college student group needs the guidance of the life value level that is full of theoretical connotation and conforms to the development of the times,so as to cultivate the values and emotional attitudes of college students who cherish life,respect life and fear life.Positive psychology and life value education have consistency and intercommunication in the research object,goal,content and ideological origin.Deeply excavating resources in positive psychology can enrich the connotation of life value education and improve the effectiveness of life value education.It can be used as a reference for the development of mental health education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This paper uses a questionnaire survey and a case interview to understand the current status of college students' life values and their understanding of positive psychology.The result shows four questions: college students are willing to preserve natural life,but lack a complete view of life;college students have correct frustration,but less professional Coping methods;college students pursue the realization of personal life value,and neglect the creation of social life value;college students have higher demand for life education However,society,colleges and families pay more attention to it,and most college students do not have enough knowledge of positive psychology.Aiming at the problems existing in the life value education of college students,the combination of the five famous theories and life value education in positive psychology can effectively make up for the above related problems.Based on positive psychology and life value education,there is a point of convergence in research objects,goals,content and ideological sources,which makes positive psychology applied to life value education with theoretical feasibility,and based on the theoretical support of five major theories,combined research It can enrich the theoretical connotation of life value education.The application of the five major theories of positive psychology in life value education are: Broaden-and-build theory of positive emotion is applied to the education of natural life value and make the theoretical connotation of natural life value expanded and perfect;optimistic attribution theory and ABCDE self Analytical Technology is applied to frustration education,providing scientific theory and effective operation methods for college students to deal with setbacks.The theory of flow is applied to happiness education,revealing the theoretical connotation of creating a happy life by creating "Flow";The application of social life value education demonstrates the positive significance of establishing goals and ideals,fostering sense of responsibility and sense of meaning,and promoting the creation of social life value.
