This research is based on the study and exploration of the record and creative expression of "painting diary" in the primary school stage to enhance the students’ subjective well being. The study subjects were divided into three elementary students in grade, middle and high grade development class and grade five art community. Researchers followed different age stages of children’s painting development rules, in painting diary records the life based, set of three different age stages of learning content from creation of theme, creation way, education mode design of progressive, painting diary to record life fun, happy, memory profound things, and ultimately create a painting diary records this, "interesting" painting brochures and "my happiness picture diary" picture book creation. Through the recording and writing of the painting diary, let the students record their life and express their feelings. On the basis of painting diary, and guide students in active observation, self exploration,cooperation to explore the creative process, enhance self-confidence,increases with positive emotions, in the recording and writing process finally enhance students’ subjective happiness sense.Low grade students take full participation model, using at any time to observe and record at any time, at any time the expression way, painting diary records the life of joy and happiness, at any time to express their emotional expression, communicate at any time. Finally the accumulation of their own art diary book.In the middle and high grade development class teaching experimental course, is on the basis of observing oneself, fully understand oneself, in the process of observing and drawing record, using the brush record to find interesting. With a positive and optimistic attitude to create a book about their own painting.The teaching experiment of fifth grade art community, is art diary material accumulation before the course is based on, using constructivist teaching model to explore their own, let students choose their impressive theme, by way of self exploration, cooperation and exchanges, explore the use of their favorite art form, in creating the final a on their own,interesting happy picture diary.In the painting diary records and creation process, so that the students can pay attention to those around the beauty and happiness, the expression and the creation of their own happiness, enhance enthusiasm for life and take the initiative to explore the attitude of learning,ultimately enhance subjective well-being.At the same time, the researcher carried out the overall evaluation of the teaching practice according to the three different stages. From three aspects: the recording method of the painting diary, the creation process of the painting diary and the evaluation process of the painting diary, the analysis and summary are made. Researchers proposed painting diary from the record, triggered by the painting records the creation process and evaluation of three progressive course, can gradually lead the students positive emotions, reduce negative emotions, increased life satisfaction,let the students confidence happy face learning and life, and ultimately to achieve the purpose of subjective well-being of ascension.
