The current social atmosphere is utilitarian, the primary schools do not pay attention to the moral and social curriculum, which shows other serious irregularities, so that deviation between the requirements of our nation and educational authorities and the reality can be easily spotted. Moral and social instruction is still in trouble, mainly reflected in the lack of professional teaching resources and supporting, the old teaching models and concepts, less reasonable and scientific instruction designs, production, and poor ability to use teaching resources etc., which have a direct impact on the quality of teaching. Anchored teaching model emphasizes the use of informational technology, simulating authenticity situations, independent learning, cooperative learning, highlighting the democratic teacher-student relationship, pay attention to student data analysis, problem-solving Abilities. As one of the three typtical teaching modes of constructivism, it has been tried in a number of areas of research and promotion, and caused great repercussions for improving the teaching effectiveness of teachers is of great significance.The rapid development of information technology supports students’autonomic learning, the situational simulation. Information Technology is used to build anchored teaching model as the theoretical basis, selected for Jiangsu in the sixth grade, "the Earth is sick," the unit that carried out the design and implementation of its part of the teaching content and summary and reflect on the one hand, filled in relevant blank studies.Research methods in this study include literature reviewing, questionnaires, observation and interview。The preface includes the relevant research literature review from research of anchored instruction and moral & social instruction design. The theoretical basis of anchored teaching model includes constructivism theory and situated cognition theory. The design of teaching process is based on our literature study on anchored teaching model of combining the characteristics of moral and social class. It includes three parts:create scenarios, coming up ideas; self-access learning, cooperative learning; summary, improving transfer. The last part is the specific meaning of moral and social class analysis about anchored teaching model for teaching. This theory helps to speed up students’ increasing on knowledge, well-beings, building of right values,the improvement of students’abilities and social institution. We used questionnaires and interviews to get students’and four teachers’current stuations who come from two different primary schools in Yangzhou. The reasons of their problems in this subject I found is mainly caused by the poor knowledge of this course,the poor ability of integrating multimedia resources,the lack of professional teachers, fewer teaching methods. This article contains the design of part contents of this subject, implying and valuing. The design of this class is based on four parts:content;purpose; design of the processing and valuing.The effect of the implementation of teaching has been proved to be right by implying. After implying, the results showed that this class of students became more enthusiastic, students’ self-learning and collaborative learning abilities increased a lot, helped to enhanced students’ data collection and problem-solving skills, students’knowledge was extended, bettered teachers’ ability to use multimedia. But it also reflected the additional problems, such as supplementary teaching materials was very difficult, part of process of teaching classroom discipline was in chaos and could not be kept quite all the time. For the problem of the teaching process, the author puts forward some suggestions for it. It is my wonder that this paper could do something to the concerned study of this theory in this subject, and help to inspire teachers of moral and social.
