The relationship between teachers and primary students is also an important indicator of the quality of primary school education. From the surface, it may be in a steady state, but in fact there are some problems, which people are easily ignored. According to the report recently, teachers and pupils sometimes beat each other, even some gimmicks are extremely cruel, which we have to think more deeply about. The society is developing, the relationship between teachers and primary students is constantly changing. It presents two main features:on the one hand, teachers’ authority is weaker and weaker, while pupils is more and more self-centered, and they begin to ignore the teacher’s authority. On the other hand, ethics of some teachers’ begin to fall. The professor Lao kaisheng of Beijing teachers university thinks that a reflection of modern social changes in primary school weakens the normal communication between teachers and primary students and strengthen the alienation between teachers and primary students, which leads to many events happen. These inharmonious events have caused the wide attention of the society, and people call for constructing a harmonious relationship between teachers and primary students.A harmonious relationship between teachers and primary students has four characteristics: Inter-subjectivity, conversation and contact, respect and understanding, cooperation and sharing. This study selects three elementary schools of Jingjiang, starting from these four characteristics, through the questionnaire method, interview method, tries to understand the present situation of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in Jingjiang primary schools.According to the research, teachers and pupils of primary school can see some inharmonious phenomenon, try to improve it, and finally the harmonious relationship between teachers and primary students can be built up. From the study,we can find that the relationship between teachers and primary students in Jingjiang primary schools has the following questions: first, in the aspect of its goal,it is not fully realizing from "content" to "people". Second, in the aspect of its subject,it is not fully realizing from "subject-object" to "subject-subject". Third, in the aspect of its process,it is not fully realizing from "objective activity" to "communicative activities". Forth, in the aspect of its emotion,it is not fully realizing from "emotional indifference" to "respect and understanding". Fifth, in the aspect of its methods,it is not fully realizing from "relatively independence" to "cooperation and sharing". At the same time, the author analyzes the reasons, and gives some advice on the construction of harmonious relationship between teachers and primary students, which are based on the aspects of goal harmonyã€subject harmonyã€process harmonyã€emotion harmony, method harmony and environment harmony. |
