To advance all-round Quality Education is the basic task of theimprovement and development of Elementary Education. Its basicobjective is to promote students'overall development. People are nowpaying closer attention to the reform of students'evaluation which isconsidered as a main link in the reform of Elementary Education.However, evaluation just means tests or exams in people's traditional ideafor a long time. If we take tests or exams as the only standard to measurestudents'study, it will seriously hinder the development of students.
