With the development of world economic integration, the world culture is in a state of mutual exchangement, lashing and reconciliation. The value concept, thinking mode and living patterns of the young people have changed a lot accordingly. Meanwhile the moral education in colleges has increasingly exposed much disadaptability, so as a result, how to improve the actual effect of moral education has become quite an important and urgent task faced by us. This paper analyses the various shockings and challenges to the moral education brought about by the development of economy, politics, science, technology, education, and so on. It examines the problems and causes existed in our nation's moral education, puts forward the question-practical moral education on the base of absorbing critically reasonable factors in our country and abroad, carries out further research on the theory and practice development of practical moral education. So as to pose out the basic outline of practical moral education mode. The conclusion is that the renewal of moral education theories is the premise to improve the actual effect of moral education, the optimization of mo9ral education mode is the key method, and the practical moral education is the basic methods to improve the actual effect of moral education.
