With the further development of educational reform, people'sopinion on the evaluation of Middle School mathematics teaching ischanging thoroughly. It is transforming from terminative evaluation,which judge students simply on the exam score, to developing teachingevaluation that focuses on students' overall development. Developingteaching evaluation pay equal attention to students' knowledge andskill, course and method, emotional attitude and values, etc., whichis being accepted progressively by the mathematics education circleof middle school, and this is also the requirement reflection thatquality-oriented education demands to middle school mathematicsteaching.Based on the connotation of developing teaching evaluation andrequirements of middle school mathematics teaching, this articlemakes primary discussion on how to use developing teaching evaluationin middle school mathematics teaching. In order to meet the need ofstudents' all-round development, developing teaching education paymuch attention to students' study state, emotional experience,embodiment of status and development of main role. It's benefit tohelp students know themselves, build up self-confidence, improvecapacity of scientific research, cultivate enthusiasm for science,responsibility to society and development of correct value opinion.Applying developing teaching education to middle school mathematicsteaching is not only the requirement of present education reform,but also the reflection of epoch spirit, which has remarkable andrealistic significance.Developing teaching education is a forming teaching evaluation,and its appearance focuses on the disadvantage of terminativeevaluation that aims at grade to evaluate students. In present,developing teaching education is widely used in various fields ofmodern education, however, there are few articles about it that makediscussion in detail and further research in middle schoolmathematics teaching. On the basis of consulting a large number ofdocuments, this article makes systemic expatiation on developingteaching education meanings, characteristics, principles andteaching methods and tools, etc. It also discusses the feasibility,necessity and reality of developing teaching education according tothe analysis of the theory of all-round development of human being,the theory of many entity noetics, the theory of constructing studyand the theory of human motivation.According to the basic idea stated in mathematics curriculumcriterion and combination of the new mathematics courses'characteristics, this article gives a discussion about theevaluation content and style of new courses, and forms a set ofevaluation system that is suitable to new mathematics courses. Interms of mathematics teaching characteristics and demands in middleschool, this article puts forward some problems that should benoticed in the implement of student evaluation:Firstly, pay attention to the evaluation of students'mathematics learning process.Secondly, evaluate students' understanding and mastery of basicknowledge and skill properly.Thirdly, attach importance to the evaluation of ability to thinkand solve questions.Fourthly, pay close attention to the development of emotion andattitude in the course of mathematics learning.This article takes the section of " complete square formula "as an example, discusses in detail about the scheme design ofdeveloping teaching evaluation. The scheme includes mainly studytopic, knowledge foundation, teaching goal, task discussion,evaluation graph and style. This article also gives an exampleaccording to one section of mathematics course teaching, anddiscusses the application of new course conception, puzzle andreflection in the course of implement. In the same time, primarydiscussion and try on how to launch developing teaching educationin course teaching are also studied in the article.This article puts emphasis upon these points: developingteaching education is a systemic work that needs integrated designingconsciousness and many evaluation aspects, such as purpose andfunction, content and goal, fashion and method, tool, standard anditem, result's presence, analysis and feedback mode and so on,should be considered comprehensively.
