As the idea of lifetime study is rooted in the hearts of the people day by day, theunderstanding of teacher's on-the-job training is improved to the unprecedented height too:Teacher's on-the-job training in the middle and primary schools is the key to promotingteacher's overall qualities of the middle and primary schools and educational teachinglevel. In Shandong, self-taught examinations have been well combined with the trainingon teachers of the middle and primary schools since we carried on the system ofself-taught higher education examinations in 1984, meanwhile, we have set "Teacher'sself-taught examination of Shandong middle and primary schools " aimed at our provincemiddle and primary schools teachers specially.
