University Human Resources Development And Management Research

The exploitation and management of human resource are not only a central work for setting up a first class university, but also play an important role in cultivating professionals with high caliber talents. This is because they embody a university's educational level and quality. In a national meeting on talents, Hu Jintao, the secretary-general, raised the issue of talents to a higher level----it concerns the development of the Party and the country. He stressed that human resource is the first resource, and we should regard the strategy of "Talents make the country strong" as an important and urgent task to carry out well. Colleges and universities is a cradle of cultivating professionals, so doing well the job----the exploitation and management of human resource, and implementing the strategy "Talents make the university strong" is the most urgent task for the development of university.This paper consists of four parts: (1) briefly analyzing the state and the facing problems of Chinese colleges and universities' exploitation and management of human resource, particularly in the following aspects: lack of enough expenditure on exploitation and management of human resource as a whole, lack of human resource, not proper structure, not scientific configuration, etc. (2) Putting more emphasis on analyzing and discussing what causes these problems in order to find out what we should...
