In the environment of knowledge economy, Even public schools have huge historical and cultural history and fine tradition of education and teaching in his scholarly work stringent school style, When faced with such a complex and ever changing environment, conservative and closed public schools will face unprecedented pressure. And the learning organizations in business management gain successful practice, the past school management model brings a certain reference.The background of Public schools to create learning organizations is the changing in the concept of education and management, Namely, the external environment by industrial society to a knowledge-based society; educational function lifelong education from pre-education to change; school management by keeping the soft progressive development of human nature to focus on the management of change. Public schools necessity of a learning organization, reflected in : the knowledge-based society must be commensurate with the school management; School education should be increased from within; Harmonious development needs of teachers, the learning experience sharing organizations team. While learning organization theory in the schools also have some applicability, stressed the importance of learning, emphasizing teamwork awareness, advocate appearance of these concepts are applicable to the management of public schools.The study described by a traditional public school practice of a learning organization process, found a learning organization, to some extent, contributed to the professional growth of teachers, the school is full of teamwork learning atmosphere through the integration team strength, the operational capacity of the entire team of teachers has also been improved.
