As a noted master teacher and educator of Chinese, Yuyi enjoys a very high reputation in China for her combining theory exploration with teaching practice as well as her unique teaching style.For the purpose of coping with the problem of current Chinese teaching practice and theory study in secondary school in china, the author of this thesis, from a new perspective, gave a general review of Yuyi's Chinese teaching ideas in accordance with Chinese teaching theory, pedagogy. Many aspects concerning Yuyi' s Chinese teaching were systematically illustrated, such as its characteristics of giving equal importance in its function of instrument and humanity, its purpose of teaching knowledge combined with cultivating people , its method of teaching embedded with affect training, its qualified language teacher of "moral,talent,learning and ability" ,its language education reform theory of taking students the center; In addition, the author analyzed the significance of Yuyi's theory and its enlightening to current Chinese teaching; Finally, this author ventured to point out and analyze the weaknesses and defects of Yuyi's language education theories, while proposing her own tentative views of language teaching.
