It is the key to educate the high quality-practical talents which society need and else the important direction to construct teachers group for high vocational education, to develop a group of Double-teacher Type, which adapt to the requirements of high vocational education as that take employment for direction and strengthen the skill and practice. Yantai Vocational College, taken for the example, based on the analysis for it, we expound some practical strategies.The thesis includes four parts:The first part, to expound what is the Double-teacher Type, how to construct the group of Double-teacher Type, and overview the related researches in civil, following, throw light on the researching methods.The second part, the article, throwing the analysis on connotation of Double-teacher Type, argues that Double-teacher Type are those who can hold the ability and quality of college teacher and engine-technical staffs, and can merge those technology, ability and etc. into the process of educating and teaching. Later, to discuss the ability and quality of Double-teacher Type, analyze the justified construction for the group of Double-teacher Type.The third part, to analyze the problems and reasons for development Double-teacher Type, basing on looking into the present situation of teachers in Yantai Vocational College. The article argues that mistaken cognizance and absence of science management mechanism are the most important reasons for slowdown development of Double-teacher Type group.The last part, to discuss the strategies for construction of teachers group. First, the government should bear up Double-teacher Type by public opinion, improve evaluate calibrate by regimentation, improve salary of teachers. To college, they should increase...
