This topic is the research of primary and secondary school teachers'Subjective Well-Being in Dalian City. Intention to explore the status of primary and secondary school teachers'Subjective Well-Being. The research result indication is following.1.The overall level of primary and secondary school teachers'SWB is low in Dalian city.2.The content feeling , adequate life, confidence of society ,growing progress, health are significant lower then the national normal level.3.The male teacher's content feeling experience is significantly lower than female teacher's ,but the male teacher's target value is higher than female's.4.The teachers who are more than 50 years old , their content feelings and self-acceptance are much higher than other ages'. But the mentality balance and interpersonal adaptation are much lower.5.The teachers who have longer school age , their content feelings are much higher than others. The teachers who have more than 30 school years and below 3 school years, their self-acceptance are significant higher than others. The teachers who have 4-10 school years, their mentality balance are significant higher than the teachers who have more than 30 school years. 6.The psychological health and physical health of primary school teachers are lower than secondary school teachers.7.The target value and mentality balance of cadre teachers are higher than normal teachers.8.The content feeling and adequate life of the married teachers are higher than unmarried teachers.
