"The State Council's Decision about Vigorously Advancing the Reform and Development of Vocational Education"has had a significant influence on the reform and the development of vocational education. The country puts the development of vocational education at the prominent position. Under the instruction and impetus of the policy, the secondary vocational education has had the encouraging development. The recruitment of students'quantity and the quality of teaching both have remarkable enhancement, in addition, the secondary vocational school is paying more and more attention to the connotation development, which has brought a bigger challenge for the moral education in secondary vocational school, and entrusted with a higher request simultaneously. However, in the process of education, the secondary vocational school has neglected moral education generally, which would be the right issue blocking the development of the secondary vocational school. In order to produce graduated students with perfect personality and professional technique that can accomplish the demand of the society and the enterprises and to promote the healthy, stable, sustainable, harmonious development of the secondary vocational school and gain higher social efficiency, this thesis aims at improving the focalization of the moral education and the practicality of the moral education in the secondary vocational schools, and make the best use of it.This thesis is divided into four parts:Part one:The author illustrates the necessity of the moral education through analyzing the social reality, the school development, the present situation of moral education curriculum and the students'moral culture. To improve the focalization of the moral education, we must get a general idea of the character of the students in the secondary vocational schools. In this way, we can carry out the project with a definite objective.Part two: The author compares the students in the secondary vocational school with those in senior high school, and comes to a conclusion: the students in the secondary vocational school who are always considered to be of low quality and less gumption have the following questions: there is a big deviation between their physiological age and the psychological age; no definite motivation of study; poor foundation of learning; psychological qualities are not good enough; having no strong conception of discipline. All the points listed above are the main character of he students in secondary vocational school, which give us effective directions to improve the moral education.Part three:The author is trying to find an effective method to improve the focalization of the moral education. This article emphasizes that at present we had to insist instill-into-education. Having got the idea of the content and scope of secondary vocational school moral education and the concept of the instill-into-education of Lenin, we can learn that to carry on the feeding-in-education is necessary and feasible. At the same time, what must be emphasized is that the school superintendent should pay attention to the recessive education function of school culture. The school culture influences student's moral emotion through the vivid scene and the activities, influencing student's moral personality subtly. It is a process to unite the knowledge, emotion, determination and practice. It affects the growth and the form of the personal character of the students through unconsciousness and non-specific psychological response. According to the analysis of the character of the students in the secondary vocational school, we can say that the school superintendent should pay special attention to the school cultural environment.Part four:With the support of the theory that we should insist carrying on the instill-into education and emphasizing the school cultural environment, the author lists out six aspects of improving the focalization of the moral education:No.1 Unifying the understanding and establishing the correct idea of moral educationNo.2 Working out rules and regulations and guaranteeing the implementation of moral educationNo.3 Emphasizing the classroom instruction and strengthening the effect of moral educational curriculumNo.4 Strengthening teacher-in-charge's work dynamics and making best use of the class meeting to carry on the moral educationNo.5 Inventing a warm and harmonious moral education environment and strengthening the subtle effect of moral personalityNo.6 Carrying out the Omni-directional stereo metric formula moral education Among the six methods of the moral education, the following aspects are especially emphasized: the classroom instruction and strengthen the effect of moral educational curriculum, strengthen teacher-in-charge's work dynamics and make best use of the class meeting to carry on the moral education, Invent a warm and harmonious moral education environment and strengthen the subtle effect of moral personality and make use of the principle of management science and psychology and author's experience in practical work to support and explain the feasibleness of the methods.The starting point of this thesis is that by the unified analysis of the theory and practice, we can stimulate the attention of the secondary vocational education and provide more feasible methods for moral education.
