Nowadays E-Learning is developing rapidly in enterprise training aroundthe world. But E-Learning research in our country is still in its primary phase, which evidently lags behind the huge market need, especially in the researchof instructional design of E-Learning. Because of the school educationorientation in instructional design research, practice in enterprise training islack of necessary theory direction. Fortunately, performance technology andenterprise training gradually become hotspot drove by needs in practice. Basedon requirements of enterprise training and instructional design development, this study tries to find out instruction design method of instructional designfor enterprise training course in E-Learning environment, aiming at improvingcourse performance in training and learning, by the support of E-LearningProject in South China Airline. This study focuses on short time passive cognitive training. Performancetechnology, enterprise human resources development theory, adult learningtheory and psychology of high performance learning are the main theoryfoundations of this study. Combined character of practice context andrepresentation of enterprise training course in E-Learning, an idea ofperformance based design for enterprise training course in E-Learningenvironment is conformed, which answers three main questions: "where arewe going", "how shall we go there" and "how will we know we've arrived". 11elements of course instructional design is distilled from performance context, course system and learning process, including training needs, task, trainee, resources, course objective, course strategy, course examine, learning content, learning activities, cognitive supports and information presentation. Then ananalogical model is constructed used ISM method. According to this model, the basic process of enterprise training course in E-Learning environment isbrought forward, including three main steps, pre-analyze, course programmingand learning design. In the application of this study, the model of enterprise training course inE-Learning environment is used as a prototype to design a course inE-Learning Project in South China Airline, called "Skyteam Basic KnowledgeTraining". Then two investigations are done on E-Learning project manager and trainees, to find out the deeper needs and reflect the design method. Afterthat, some ameliorative method is applied to another course in the sameproject, called "Skyteam Ambassador Training". By evaluating theperformance of "Skyteam Ambassador Training", it finds that the course getwell reaction of the trainee, all trainees from different areas get good mark(mean=94.3), and the performance objective is achieved while the cost oftraining is saved.Based on theory analyze and application study, design principles andstrategies are summed up. The design principles include relating toorganization context, balancing cost and benefits, and optimizing learningprocess. The design strategies include selective attention, graining content, small step learning and high frequency intensification.
