The new round of the basic education curriculum reform has set up "research study" courses which train students in practical ability and a spirit of innovation and an important means of vector. Faced with scientific education which trains scientific literacy talents to usher in the new century challenges of this technology is of positive significance issue. We start from the concept of "comprehensive development of science literacy, in which students independently explore the process of learning, to improve the scientific spirit of innovation and capacity to practice, development of the personality of students expertise". We put our efforts to explore how to carry out "research-based learning" curriculum and effective implementation of science education. The article consists of five parts :In the first part, the article reviews and analyses the features of the scientific knowledge to the development of education and curriculum reform, summed up the modern scientific education of some basic understanding. In a "research study" program implemented in a comprehensive scientific literacy students for the purpose of scientific inquiry.Further analysis of the second part of the "research study" courses scientific education curriculum concepts. General concept expounded courses, and then from the ideological and material design and evaluation of the curriculum development of two further elaboration.According above consideration, the third part of the article refers that we should implement the science education in the "research study" curriculum: clear the nature of the courses, the basic concepts and specific curriculum goals; Secondly, on the curriculum system and Curriculum implementation of the strategy and the choice of curriculum resources for specific analysis expounded. Better note to comprehensively improve the scientific literacy of students for the purpose of scientific exploration activity center for the science curriculum design.According to the fourth part of the school, the reality on the ground, in light of the new curriculum on the study of learning, guide the students to study learning and cultivating the practice of scientific knowledge and try to explore.Part V of the chemical research through the practice of learning to be a rewarding and thought.Research on Learning Theory and Practice of the outcome of the study shows that research at the high school learning theory and implementation of scientific inquiry can promote scientific literacy of students and in improving their ability to practice. The models and methods which carry out the "research study" courses will provide the theory and practice of reference.
