With the advancement of general technology curriculum experiment in ordinary high school, general technology teachers as the main force to build the new curriculum, must experience a process from understanding, being familiar with and creatively implementing general technology curriculum. Due to the lack of specialized teacher training system, general technology teachers are all from other disciplines. Teachers from different sources may have different knowledge and literacy structures. This has brought severe challenges. This dissertation researches general technology teacher training from teacher training mode perspective.Firstly, this dissertation analyzes the several learning theories, management theories and general technology curriculum properties to provide theory basis for designing the general teacher training mode; secondly, through the investigation and interview it analyzes advantages and disadvantages of present general technology teacher training mode; thirdly, from training needs, contents, methods, evaluation and safeguards it designs "five-dimensional" training mode. The design of "five-dimensional" training mode is based on the principle of maximization of the number of trainees, minimization of training cost and optimization of training effect and also takes "updating traditional training concept", "meeting actual training needs", "inspiring learning motivation in trainees", "adopting multiple training methods", "providing policy support and sufficient fund" as the guiding ideology.
