The research-oriented teaching is refer to that the teacher take the curriculum content and student's knowledge accumulation as a foundation, penetrate scientific research to each element of the teaching entire process, through teaching practice to changes the students' accept way of passiveness and train the students' ability of discovering, studying and solveing the question.The higher normal colleges and universities develop research-oriened teaching is not only be helpful to raise their independent, develop their research creativity, but also be helpful to the smooth implementation of the reforms in the higher normal colleges and universities own and the elementary education curriculum, which is the important way in raising research-oriented teacher. Whereas in our country, the research-oriented teaching implementation mainly rest on the elementary education and the comparatively higher evel research-oriented university at present, its implementation strategy does not have the universal guiding effects to the higher normal colleges and universities.Therefore, this article through the analysis to the elementary theory of the higher normal schools research-oriented teaching to bring forward the corresponding implementation strategy, in expect to provide some reference to the higher normal colleges and universities in theresearch-oriented teaching.The article takes the literature analysis, the history, the comparison, the interview and so on as the reference to expatiate the implementation strategy of the research technique of the higher normal colleges and universities, and the primary coverage constitutes by the following six parts:The first part is an introduction, mainly elaborate the research background, analyze the actuality of this question, and elaborate the research goal, the significance, the method and the content in this basic.The second part is the theory foundation, mainly define the concept of the research-oriented teaching, and discusse the difference and the relation between the high research-oriented teaching and the elementary and middle schools research-oriented teaching. Through the analysis to the research-oriented teaching philosophy, the psychology, the teaching logic foundation to summarize the implementation principle of the high research-oriented teaching.The third part is according to the analysis of the second part, combine the actual situation of the higher normal colleges and universities in our country, take the teaching life view,the production view,the life view as the guiding idea, the two lines of the theory curriculum system and the scientific research training system as the foundation, the classroom instruction as the center, and impenetrate the research-oriented teaching in the tache of the teaching, the work, the experiment, the educate practices, the scientific research training, the inspection and so on.The fourth part is the core, mainly consult the actual situation of the university teaching in our country at present, according to that the students' research and discovery is appear on a certain knowledge and experience foundation, and if lack the essential knowledge foundation the research is easily to fall into the blind and the research effect is also not ideal, at the same time ,consider that the pure skill teacheing is not suitably use the research-oriented teaching , otherwise can only work the opposite, so to develop the research-oriented teaching need to take the traditional teaching as a foundation and penetrating the thought of "research" in long-term teaching process; to use the penetrate-like implementation strategy and put forward the way of the high research-oriented teaching: adherence to one goal - developing research-oriented teacher; highlight one centert - the research-oriented teaching in the class of the higher normal schools; useing one tache - exercise research-oriented teaching of the higher normal; seizing one key - the practice research-oriented teaching of the higher normal schools of education; attempting one design - experimentation research-oriented teaching of the higher normal; seting up one platform - the scientific research training activities in the higher normal, and penetrate comprehensively the research idea in the the higher normal schools.The fifth part is aim at the restriction in the research-oriented teaching: besides the difficult problem in operation, there are some other restriction factor. Regarding to this, the article propose that to set up the humanism teaching view, to promote the research-oriented teaching ability which the teacher take part in, to drive the motive of the student to participate the the research-oriented study positively, to establish multi-dimensional-orientaed teaching appraisal system, to build the suitable "room" for the research-oriented teaching, in order to promote the smooth implementation of the research-oriented teaching in the higher normal colleges and universities .The sixth part summarize the article, and elaboration the following works.
