In recent years, with the general trend of development of the popularization ofhigher education, normal colleges and universities in Anhui Province also showedthe rapid development of a "prosperity" scene. In just a few years’ time, the dozennormal colleges and universities have upgraded from colleges to universities. In theupgrading of the road, those normal colleges and universities began to imitate andhomogeneously develop from other universities. Admittedly, homogeneousdevelopment in the upgrading of the road provides a reference for a lot of normalcolleges and universities. It can avoid detours and save time. However, in theprocess of development, just copying and untimely seeking “high”,“big”,“full”,with no doubt will bring in normal colleges " pathological development"-homogenization.Currently, normal colleges and universities in Anhui province homogenizationis in the process of its development. Increasing convergence in educationalphilosophy and targeting, motto, professional settings, teaching content andmethods. The school does not have its own characteristics. Almost identical modeof education, the students formed a similar mode of thinking and behavior does nothave its own personality. They lose the ability to create and cannot come to the forein the talent market. Homogenization of talent is difficult to meet the marketdiversified, multi-level demand for talent, resulting in the structure of educationexcessive and difficult employment. Analyzed from the perspective of thepathology of Education in Anhui Province in normal colleges homogenization,mainly in four areas: education and waste; conflicts of education; education lag andeducational differences.The results causing morbid homogenization of the cause of development innormal colleges and universities in Anhui Province, from the exogenous pathogenicfactors, include the utilitarian concept of College Management System, resource allocation model, university evaluation system, traditional culture and masspsychological factors. From endogenous pathogenic factors, including the patternof administration of a single view of achievements, education structure imbalance,driven by economic interests, the lack of research and forecasting of marketdemand.Overcome Anhui Normal Colleges and Universities homogeneity, to ensuretheir sound development, at the theoretical level, the use of educational dislocationboot in Normal Universities diversified and harmonious development; At theinstitutional level, the establishment and improvement of university classificationevaluation system; At the operational level, the use of market competitionmechanism, the formation of the society, government and schools three together.Only in this way, the Normal Colleges and Universities can avoid homogenization,Embark on personalized, innovation and sustainable development.
