Undergraduate Tutorial System Personnel Training Mode And The Implementation Of The System

The first part of this paper introduces the subject theories and policy causes about tutorial system. Peking University and Zhejiang University started to carry out the tutorial system when 2002, universities from all over the country began to carry out it gradually. But the result is not good enough. So this paper is to analyze the appropriate tutorial system that fits to the undergraduate students.The second part is to analyze the concept of different kind of tutorial system. And then analyze the fact of tutorial system in university of Oxford, university of Cambridge, Peking university, china youth university for political sciences and Soochow university. Based on finding the gap between the advanced universities and the universities in our country, we can discuss the appropriate tutorial system for Capital University of economic and business.The third part analyzes the fact of tutorial system in Capital University of economic and business and discusses the result and problems of it. Finally, the paper introduces the appropriate tutorial system for Capital University of economic and business.The forth part introduces the conclusion and creative ideas. We can carry out the tutorial system gradually according to the current situation of out school.There are several questions which are discussed in the following paper.
