The undergraduate tutor system originated from Oxford University in the United Kingdom,and is world-renowned for its high-efficiency education quality and the establishment of students' academic quality,personality cultivation,and critical spirit.With the rapid development of higher education in Guizhou,Guizhou colleges and universities have gradually introduced a tutorial system for undergraduates.However,the results presented by the current implementation of the undergraduate tutor system have not achieved the expected results.This paper uses questionnaires to survey a number of undergraduate students from Guizhou University,Guizhou Normal University,Guizhou University of Finance and Economics,and Guizhou Minzu University.It mainly investigates the status quo of individual learning and the implementation of undergraduate tutor system,and draws the following conclusions.At present,students are curious about learning but lack initiative,and some teachers and students have not really established a tutor system relationship;the supply and demand of the tutor's guidance content is not equal;the frequency of tutor guidance is too low;and the incentive measures are not perfect.On the basis of the questionnaire,with the help of the interview method and the relevant provisions of the tutorial system to further analyze the problems in the implementation of the Guizhou colleges and universities,and mainly explore the guidance frequency,form,quantity,teacher-student relationship,guidance content,supporting systems,and evaluation opinions of the tutorial system..Then summarize and summarize the problems arising from the current implementation,and analyze the three aspects of school management,teachers themselves,and students themselves in the form of dilemmas.The current dilemma is explained by the "supply and demand theory" and the "fair theory",and relevant suggestions are made accordingly: one is to strengthen the school's own construction,because the existing resources set up a tutorial system for undergraduates in line with the school conditions,and the other is to improve undergraduates The management system of the mentor system clarifies the scope of responsibilities of the mentor and the reward and punishment mechanism.The third is to strengthen the publicity work of the undergraduate tutorial system,so that teachers and students have an understanding of the connotation and content of the undergraduate tutorial system,which will help promote teachers and students to integrate into the tutorial system teaching.Through these three adjustments,we can improve the current status of the implementation of the tutorial system for undergraduates in Guizhou colleges and universities,and help Guizhou colleges and universities to get rid of the dilemma of the tutorial system by short-term update of the management mechanism,long-term strengthening of the faculty team,and ideological propaganda of the tutorial system.
