Today, teaching resources for higher education has reached the limit because of Enrollment in colleges and universities. As a form of higher education, higher vocational education is also facing the problem that how to optimize teaching resources. The unique nature of vocational education itself, such as not long history, teaching a weak foundation, teacher power is inadequate, incomplete, which so severely restrict the system of higher vocational education in the teaching allocation of resources development in the fields, and even a waste of resources, and advantageous resources is not put to good use and development. Also, enrollment resulted it is uneven in the same grade, the same students, it is put obstacles on the exploration of higher vocational education. Therefore, how to improve student interest in learning, how to improve the teaching resources optimization, how to make vocational education a more accurate positioning as an education who are concerned about.This research is based on the above issues raised. I have an opportunty in Rizhao Polytechnic internship opportunities to explore theoretical and empirical research, on the first stage summed up the study of higher vocational education at home and abroad the status quo, and on this basis that point out the existing problems and needs improvement aspects. By examining the concept of group-based teaching model, Analysis of the current errors exist in the implementation of tiered instruction, combined with the guidance of teaching-related stratification theory and basic principles, as well as teachers in guiding the hierarchical teaching group-based teaching to grasp the principles, is proposed based on layered Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges Flash program is designed to model and design model described in detail in the various sub-modules. Flash teaching model based on group-based teaching model design is completed, its application to practical teaching, in the process of teaching through observation and investigation, appropriate adjustments to the teaching objectives in order to cope with the actual teaching needs. Through practice teaching and the final investigation and analysis, I obtained the effects of Flash using hierarchical models to guide the teaching curriculum in the higher vocational colleges, as well as the factors that affect the results. This follow-up of teaching and learning provide a basis for reference. Finally, I carried out summary and outlook the results of the research.Through practice and exploration at Vocational Colleges Teaching Model for Flash provided a good basis to carry out a similar computer courses. Students acquire knowledge better, more interest and enthusiasm. Through the layering of teaching, each level of the students can tap their potential, to recent developments in the area, and develop a learning and innovation by communication between teachers and students.
