Three Rural Issues State And Targeted Poverty Alleviation Research Of Qinghe Village Jinhe County

The object of this article is Qinghe Village,which is one of the poorest villages of Jintang County.Three Rural issues is the hottest topic of village resent years,but Targeted Poverty Alleviation can solve the these problems effectively.Therefore,Jintang county uses the industry methods to development the economics of poor villages and guides the villagers to improve the income.This article makes a research of Targeted Poverty Alleviation based on its three rural issues state.And its main target is to make targeted poverty alleviation of Qinghe village based on its development planning.Then,it can development the economics,promote the total power of Jintang county,and build the moderately prosperous society.The article contains three aspects:First of all,it makes a research of Targeted Poverty Alleviation,Industrialization Poverty Allviation base on a large variety of documents at home and abroad.And the article utilizes many social science research methods such as Literature research,Inductive analysis,Field survey,Questionnaire survey and Empirical Study,and then,analysis the Scientific Development theory,Industrial Convergence theory and Stakeholder theory.Second,according to the study materials,the article analysis the Three rural issues state,the poverty state and the poor reasons of 42 families.And then,conclude the poverty barrier of Qinghe Village.Finally,the article puts up the special Targeted Poverty Alleviation Model of Qinghe Village which is “Funding Poverty Alleviation + Production Poverty Alleviation + Processing Poverty Alleviation + Sales Poverty Alleviation + Government Poverty Alleviation ”,a comprehensive development model and the use of this model.According to this model,the article suggests the development strategies and the safeguard mechanism.The research has practical significance to development the economics of Jintang county.It can lead the poor villager to get rid of poverty,promote the urban and rural residents coordinated development and to realize the moderately prosperous society.This article provides reference to promote the development of Qinghe village.
