Issue of China, population expansion but resource in short agricultural country pursue the industrialized development problem basically, so, "three agro-problems" has always been the key question of the Chinese revolution and subsequent construction. As to a large agricultural country with 900 million peasants such as China, stability and development in the countryside concern the overall situation, and the stability of land relation is the foundation of the stability of the countryside. Fundamental realities of the country that have a large population and a few land, force us to dispose and utilize the land resource effectively , then, how set up efficient land circulate system, until extensive range improve land , workforce , disposition efficiency of natural resources, hold and handle well system changes farmland usufruct of course stabilize ,adjust and circulate relation , need to carry on system innovation constantly.In hold , under of our country particular national conditions restrain , proceeding from the theoretical and practical demand of the political and economic reform and development in China, basing on the rural land transfer studies both at homeland abroad, this research gives an overall investigation and analysis of the present rural land transfer situation of China, indicates market mechanism is the optimum option for it.The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter has given a simple introduction to the background ,meaning , domestic and international research state and the train of thoughts of this research. Chapter two introduces the main front theories regarding rural land transfer research,which includes the Coase Theorem , the property right theory, the land rent and the land price theory. The theories lay a solid foundation for the research. Chapter three analyzes reason and the formation mechanism of rural land transfer.
