In the new situation ,in order to keep up with the step of the knowledge economy and fit for the need of the era ,enterprises must adjust their own developmental strategy, make science and technology as forerunner, make culture as powerful backing, pay attention to its own technical development and the cultural construction , unify the two organically. The enterprises must strengthen enterprise culture construction who want to develop and possess unconquerable power in the market competition today. Therefore, constructing modern enterprise culture, cultivating and developing knowledge economy, winning by the culture, it is critical operating tactics for the modern enterprise competition. Facing the cruel market competition,achieving the small space in the international market and promoting enterprise's development, China enterprises must fully take the Chinese own superiority of resources, inherit the merit of traditional culture, adopt the contemporary advanced management theory, construct the enterprise culture with Chinese characteristics.This article discusses the corporate culture elementary theory firstly, elaborates the related corporate culture elementary knowledge including the enterprise culture connotation, the functions and so on; secondly carries on the analysis about enterprise culture four constituents, which are enterprise value, enterprise spirit, enterprise moral and enterprise image; Then illustrates each part of enterprise culture design model, analyzes their design principles and methods in detail. Finally this article discusses the diagnosis of the enterprise culture, mainly elaborates the methods and procedures of diagnosis by cases.On the foundation of predecessors, according to the corporate culture elementary theory, this article combines its own analysis and structures a new corporate culture design model, which divides the enterprise culture designation into four modules, including the enterprise value, the enterprise spirit, the enterprise moral and the enterprise image. It makes the enterprise culture from abstract to concrete and easily to understand. This article gives us a new way for designing and constructing the enterprise culture, opens the door of enterprise culture construction, which has the important value for referring.
