Since the 20th century,preschool education professional development gradually has been attracted widespread attention in the world to varying degrees. Many developed countries take the measure positively to gives priority to the preschool education, to make many investments. in the popularization preschool education with enhances the preschool education in the quality. The strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education is implementing in our country to promote the quality of education, which is put forward to strengthen the training of teachers. This shows that preschool education in higher vocational colleges is the important place to cultivate Pre-school teachers.In this example, The author make questionnaire survey about Sight-singing subject among Pre-professional students in Jinzhou teacher's training college. Mainly from teaching content, teaching method, teaching form, teaching evaluation and teaching practice, on the five aspects of teaching sight-singing in Pre-professional, The author learn about the current existing problems and puts forward some solving countermeasures on practical experience in teaching combining the teaching idea. The author is of the opinion that, in the fields of teaching, there is a need for a student-centered choice, according to the student's actual teaching materials and rich contents of teaching, enhance students' rhythm, achieving correct vowel production capacity, choose an audition, flexibility, diversity, and innovative way of teaching, so that students are really had a strong interest in an audition disciplines, to enhance their ability.Solfeggio courses are basic subjects in the teaching of music teaching, it was connected closely with several music courses. In recent years, with the continuing expansion in the range of pre-professional enrollment and the increasing quality requirements for pre-professional teachers, these requirements are proposed by community employment department, which brought a lot of pressure and resistance to pre-professional teaching about sight and singing. We should ponder and come up with some positive measures to resolve these series problems, which is how to choice teaching content correctly and other problems. These measures not only prompt us to improve the quality of teaching and keep up with the pace of development, but also it could train qualified personnel according to the needs of the community pre-school. At the same time, these measures maybe provide a broad development space for some schools include pre-professional.
