Organizational justice is one of the most important factors of public servants motivation. How the government office treat the public servants'will greatly influence the working attitude and behavior of the public servants. With public savant of government office as the research objects, the thesis aims to study on the structure dimensions of organization justice of skill workers and interrelationships between job satisfaction, organization commitment and turnover intention, and make suggestions to the leaders of government office.First of all, the thesis clarifies the Problem of the research and its significance, overviews previous related literature and then establishes the research framework. Stuck to the construct of the research, the thesis utilizes focus group interview, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to study organizational justice of skilled workers of government office and interrelationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction. Chinese public servants from Zhangjiakou Local Taxation Bureau were surveyed through questionnaires to test the model, those calculations were handled and analyzed on the software of SPSS11.5. The factor Analysis Reliability Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis were used in this Paper conception, and the hypotheses were largely supported. The main results were showed as follows. (l)Under Chinese cultural background, justice Perceptions existed three dimensions. They were distributive, procedural and international justice.(2)The structure of job satisfaction was composed of two factors:outside satisfaction and inside satisfaction. (3)Organization justice was positively related to job satisfaction. The distributive justice and procedural justice were positively related to inside satisfaction and outside satisfaction. The international justice can positively related to inside satisfaction.(4)Demography variable such as age,sex,educational background had certain influence on the relationship of public servants'justice and job satisfaction.In the conclusion the thesis points out the significance of the research and makes suggestions to leaders of government office. After that it points out the limitations of the research honestly and depicts Prospects of the succeeding study.It is hoped that the thesis will be of use in following aspects.-improving the famines Perceptions of public savant in government office:increasing the job satisfaction of public savant in government office: increasing the individuals'commitment and loyalty to their organization:improving the construction of harmonious government office increasing the attraction and competition of the government office.
