In the writer's opinion, to make the work of our civil servants interview more scientific and reasonable, we have to launch the key point on its main takers.And what this paper will focus on is just how to construct the three teams composed of the main takers. The three teams are named organizing and managing team, proposition team and interviewer team.This paper will dissertate from the relevant theory and work processes about our interview for civil servants. Combining with testament, it will try to study and explore the problem existing in the process of constructing the three teams. And on the basis of referencing some predecessors' researches, it will try to innovate to raise some solutions to relevant questions, hoping to exert certain utility on the research in our interview for civil servants.
