In recent years, the upward trend of the juvenile crime has general been curbed, based on the previous rapid growth, however the momentum of the development of migrant workers' minor children crime in the juvenile delinquency has been rapid, and its characteristics as violent, gang is so apparent that social stability and harmony are under a serious hazard, which has been paid much attention. Minor children of migrant workers are special groups which are generated after the reform and opening up, with the migrant workers (parents of minor children of migrant workers) in the city gradu-ally have relatively stable work and life, and with the deepening of reform and opening up and sustained, their number is growing rapidly. Although there are many studies on the crime of such groups, including its causes and prevention of crime (corrected), but for the rapid growth of the number of crimes of this group, our study of the depth and breadth of their crime, and of the effect applied in practice of prevention still need to be increased dramatically.Because its appellation and definition has not unified in the current study of these special groups, this article firstly gives the definition of the mi-nor children of migrant workers. On this basis, through the analysis of the current crime development of migrant workers' minor children across the country, the writer summed up minor children of migrant workers the violent crime's characteristics and trends, such as gangs, randomness, repetition and so on, also combined with the prac-tice of criminal legal aid work for the minor children of migrant workers, investigat- ing and knowing their living environment, the condition of learning, family education and the emotional communication, etc., then summarized and analyzed the minor children of migrant workers external manifestation of the causes of crime (poor eco-nomic base, low educational level, light legal consciousness, the wrong friends, unba-lanced state of mind, revenge, etc.) and the root causes (in social change, their "identi-ty" caused them the absence and unfair of social security, educational resources, social resources, and fair treatment, etc., including their absence of family education). At the same time, taking into account that the minor children of migrant workers are gradual-ly becoming mental and physical maturity, some analysis is also carried out for their criminal mind (psychological bias). On the basis of the analysis of their crime causes, the writer pointedly analyzed the prevention in the community, family prevention, school prevention, justice prevention, psychological treatment and other aspects, and come up with the crime prevention and correction measures for minor children of mi-grant workers. In the end of this article, community correction as a way of punishment execution, which recently works well in the prevention of juvenile offenders re-offend, is recommended to fully committed and extended in the education reform of minor children of migrant workers, served to prevent them re-offend.
