"Implement the strategy of developing the country through Science and the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development, speed up constructing innovative country" will be implemented which carries out by educating. Middle-school teachers are practitioners who carry out education for all-round development and develop as well as improve student's innovative ability. Work effects of PE teachers directly have an impact on developing quality of a talented person in future. To improve middle-school PE teachers'innovative ability is the need of invigorating the country through science and education, the need of curriculum reform, also the need of improving diathesis of PE teachers. Therefore, researching innovative ability of our middle-school PE teachers is a meaningful and valuable question for discussion. This essay uses documentation method, experts'investigation, mathematical-statistics, etc. Investigate innovative ability status of PE middle-school teachers in Nanjing and find the inner problems. Analyze reasons of limited innovative ability via internal and external causes in order to put forward adaptive countermeasure of development, which improve and develop innovative ability for middle school PE teachers and offer reference to administrative department for improvement.1. Results of research: The data showed 90% of middle school PE teachers have bachelor's degree and 10% have master's degree. In contrast to higher education, PE have low status in all the school subjects; PE teachers have low sense of achievement; they lack incentives to innovate; their capacity for innovation is weak; their desire to improve self-learning is not strong. They are lack of scientific research.2. The analysis of the factors influencing the middle school PE teachers'innovative ability: The thesis creatively proposes to analyze them from both internal and external factors, probes deeply into these factors and unearth their different contents, constructs the relatively perfect and detailed factor structure. (1) Internal factors:low status and income, low sense of achievement, the fear of pain in the process of innovation, the school's poor management and so on, cause PE teachers'psychological inertia on innovation. The differences in university education knowledge structure, grasp of education and teaching ideas, use of teaching methods, teaching experience learning and summary and mastering and application of sports skills result in their discrepant innovative abilities. People's intrinsic thought impediments, such as conservative thinking, thinking set, thinking prejudice, restrict their innovative ability. Furthermore, PE teachers' individual sustainable development capability of updating knowledge and skills, teaching and scientific research ability, intellectual level, knowledge and experience, as well as individual characteristics, affect the development of their innovative ability. (2) External factors:Cultural factors, including historical and traditional culture, organizational culture, traditional concepts, educational philosophy, etc, limit the development of PE teachers'innovative ability. PE teaching process can't be monitored, evaluation mechanism exists in name only, and management system for middle school PE teachers is incomplete, which similarly go against their development. The same is true in campus atmosphere such as the school's facilities, students' differences and physical education's low status.3. The development strategy of innovative ability for middle school PE teachers: improve the income level and academic status of PE teachers and cultivate their professional dedication. For PE teachers, improve overall quality independently, enhance self learning, improve their knowledge, perfect structure of knowledge, continually foster and increase the ability to innovate, besides, enhance creative thinking training; overcome the barriers of thinking; actively enhance individual research capacity and participate in research. And for The administrative department of education, deepen the concept of learning curriculum; update the educational concept of PE teachers, establish incentive mechanism and consider innovative quality as an important aspect of educational evaluation, promote the teaching reform of college physical education specialty to adapt it to the actual demand of modern social development, raise the quality of further education and create a good condition and atmosphere for innovation.
