On The "Integrated" Teaching Model Of Technical & Vocational Education And Training

On the base of collecting and translating lots of materials on the teaching model in China and outside,this thesis tells the scientific of the intergrated teaching model of vocational& technical education and training as well as it's important roles in the realizing the object of cultivating technicians in vocational and technical colleges and universities. The model is composed mainly by setting up environment of teaching, effective usage of the resource and transition of the roles between teachers and students and so on. The procedure of teaching including three stages is followings, that is to say, Stage one: Doing some preparations including teaching content, program and testing assessment. Stage two: Carrying out teaching, that is to say, the teacher introduces the procedure and methods of carrying out the model, at the same time, the teacher does some mapping examination to them in order to encourage the students to reach the teaching objects issued if all the students can work hard with the teachers'help. The teachers should help their students get the solution by variety ways. By the end of unite, the students will be under the mapping testing. Stage three is to get conclusion and assessments.Taking Mechanical Manufacture& Automation, Applying Electronic Techniques Education as for examples, the thesis analyzed the elements such as setting up the teaching environment, teaching resources, the relevance of teachers and students, the process and patterns of teaching and ect. It solved the problems and contradiction that traditional theoretical teaching separated from practical teaching, realized two contra-process in which the practice is under the theory and theory ensured by practice. Meanwhile, the students'thirst for knowlwdge,cognition level,learning interest and abilities to solute is highlighted.Under the model, the teachers can improve teaching effecting, by which shortening the time of students transfering theory into techniques, with improvement of students'specific techniques and skills.The intergrated model of teaching says the charactaristics of technical & vocational education and training, combining enterprises with schools, colleges and universities, shortening the period of employment and adapting to workplace. It's effective way to develop the quality of cultivation in the field of technical & vocational education and training.
