With the development and deepening of higher education reform, changes in employment patterns and expansion of the graduate enrollment constantly, more and more college students face severe employment situation. The problem of college students'employment has caused extensive concern in our society. Career planning and education become increasingly more important. In recent years, universities have more and more attention on the college students'career-related research, but mainly around the study of career theory, the situation and necessity of college students'career planning and application effect of career planning. It lacks of the study of curriculum design of career planning comparatively. This study will specifically discuss a special form of career planning -College Students' Career Planning about Group Activities for Curriculum Design and Implementation.Through the forms of literature review, follow-up surveys, participation in training of career planning, psychological counseling on some cases, the author got the first-hand information. On this basis, combined with related theories of career planning , group activities for curriculum, and personal interest and thinking, the author designed the curriculum of college students'career planning, for example of undergraduate students of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and implemented it .In the course of the design process, comparing with the previous studies, the author conducted bold explorations in the course objectives, the choice of subjects and aspects of curriculum design. Course objectives put forward a new practical and executive objective, stressing to all members in a dynamic constantly enrich and improve their own career planning.In test area, three different grade levels were selected to be tested. In the aspects of curriculum design , we raised the main course of " special ourselves (to define ourselves) - to know ourselves– to build ourselves- to understand organization and social environment - to determine the neediest career goal to be achieved recently ". We can explore from three aspects of knowing the enemy and yourself and decision effectively, and connect with the series of activities together. We should focus on cases, the use of philosophical story, the design activities relied on the real life of members, and the use of homework and close contact in real life.The implementation of this course has taken one and a half months into 5 classes. We used the forms of questionnaires, observation, recording, summing up and tracking the interviews to assess the amount and quality, so we draw the final following conclusions:1. The design of content about this group activity for curriculum which follows to define ourselves - to know ourselves– to build ourselves- to understand organization and social environment - to determine the neediest career goal to be achieved recently effectively promoted self-awareness, career awareness and planning awareness of the group members.2. Practical and executive objective put forward made curriculum located in the experience and feelings, and it closely linked with the life of the college students free from theoretical preaching. It also can promote the group members constantly to enrich and improve their own career planning and apply their knowledge at the end of the curriculum.3. The process of the curriculum implementation uses the measures of philosophical stories, case studies, shallow hypnosis, interactive games, the difference in choice, and so on. It enriches the course content, form and effectively helps students in a more vivid, more close to real life, more harmonious atmosphere experience of the essence of the curriculum deeply and enhance the plan more theoretical, practical and feasible.
