With the further deepening of education reform, increased investment in education, China's higher education levels were significantly increased diversification and systematic form of school makes higher education from elite to gradually shift the public education model. However, the severe shortage of public education resources limited the transformation process, how the popularity of higher education can be faster and better? The emergence of private independent colleges provide a solution to this problem of thinking, independent colleges around the development as springing up. In the 21st century, the increasingly fierce international competition for talent, the domestic demand for high-end talent is increasing. Construction of first-class university, train qualified people, in addition to improving the quality of teaching and research capabilities, but also need first-class school system for operational management and incentive evaluation. The latter for self-financing, self-financing, especially in terms of private independent colleges, the use of efficient and modern management mode and scientific, professional management approach to improve competitiveness, cost control, play a social and economic benefits are independent institute inevitable choice.This research at domestic and abroad on the basis of the four balanced scorecard dimensions in-depth analysis. Meanwhile, also on the evaluation of higher education and the specific circumstances of Independent Colleges conducted a detailed analysis. The author combines the stage of higher education, especially in this special group of independent college operating characteristics found: the Balanced Scorecard performance measurement system of performance management in the work of Independent Colleges has some applicability.Based on the C Independent Institute conducted a survey and empirical analysis, master of the college staff and students for the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard, a number of important indicators of the degree of satisfaction and scoring data. Through the use of SPSS data analysis software such as the following conclusions: First, in terms of the satisfaction, C independent college in four dimension scores were higher than the median, indicating that college achieved in four areas satisfaction in the acceptable range; second, different indicators of the degree of score and the cumulative variance of the important contribution of different rates, "workers' pay levels and reasonable," "School education quality", "professional requirements set for the job market adaptability" and "morality and devotion to duty "C, respectively, independent colleges that best represents the financial dimension, customer dimension, dimension of internal business processes and learning and growth dimension. Based on general principles, the right to select a total synthesis in 80% of the major indicators, the indicators extracted for further study of the Balanced Scorecard indicator system designed to provide a reference.
