Study On The Structure Of Undergraduate Employment Guidance Target System And Its Model Realization

In the 21 century, China's higher education changed from elite education to popular education. With the increase of undergraduates, the employment situation becomes very competitive. As an important human resource, undergraduates'employment has been paid a lot of attention to.This paper makes an objective analysis of the relationship between the enlargement of higher education, the job market for undergraduates, undergraduates'self-abilities and the current competitive job market for undergraduates. Then the paper points out that it is undergraduates'lack of ability that leads to their difficulty in finding a job. Therefore, it still needs some time to solve undergraduates'employment at macro level and undergraduates' employment guidance system should be attached a lot to importance to. It is both theoretically and practically important to study the undergraduates'employment guidance system and its model realization and it can also provide theoretical guidance for universities to carry out the reform of undergraduates'employment guidance system.In this paper, we make a literature review of domestic and international study on this topic and redefine the concept of undergraduates'employment guidance. Based on the description of the history and development situation of undergraduates'employment guidance, inductive analysis and questionnaires, the paper analyzes the undergraduates'employment guidance system from the perspective of goal and summarizes the driving force of undergraduates'employment guidance system and its model realization. It also makes a summary of current situation and characteristics of undergraduates'employment guidance system in American, Japan and Germany and gets the inspiration for our work.Five major elements of undergraduates'employment guidance system, that is expertise knowledge, English level, technological innovation, general ability and further study, is obtained through the interview with employers. By analyzing the sub-system, we get the overall goal for the employment guidance system.Based on the related theory and the features of current job market for undergraduates, this paper puts forward the model of employment guidance and its implementation.Finally, based on the previous studies, this paper gives the conclusion and the ways to accelerate the undergraduates'employment guidance system.
