Cooperative learning, based on the group organization, highlights the multilateral interaction to promote the development of students ' sense of collaboration and collaboration skills. Its aim is to enhance cognitive level by teaching strategy. This article analyses elaborates the definition of collaborative learning, basic elements, common mode, and the analysis of features. In order to understand the current junior high school students'interest in physics learning, and the level of collaboration consciousness and collaboration skills, and aspects of status by questionnaires, combine the features of physics, use the common mode of collaborative learning. The article is aimed to construct a collaborative operation program of investigating teaching, thematic teaching, and exercises teaching of junior high school physics. According to the practice study, it proves that it is of great effectiveness.On the basis of the study, through interviews and questionnaires , analyze the results of the practice, abtaining the following conclusions:(1) the three operation program is feasible and can increase the effectiveness in class, and can also achieve significant improvement of the teaching quality.(2) the three operation program can effectively improve students interest in studying physics, and improve students'learning habits;(3) the three operation program can promote students awareness of cooperation and collaboration capabilities.
