With the development of increased new knowledge, student's burden became more and more heaver. At the same time, the basic education concentrates on arts and since in middle school. As a result of this, they could not have a deep understand of the increase of students with difficulty in these subjects. Howard Gardner suggests that each I intelligence has its own strengths and constrains ;( Gardener 1993xiii). It is essential to develop and cultivate the strengths of student who have difficulty in these subjects. We are aiming to cultivate students have an excellent performance in the society. If we do so, we are not only can cultivate their enthuastic in studying, cooperate skills, creation skills, but also can develop their multitask skills.This essay mainly illustrates the alternative way to help'inferior student'to achieve their strengths form the point of view of high school.Chapter 1, Introduce the multiple intelligence theories and the application possibility of this in Fine Arts.Chapter2, Discuss the application possibility of this theory to help students to achieve their strengths under the traditional intelligence theory.Chapter 3, Analyse the change of education conception and the process of the alternative way to help students to achieve their strengths.
