In June,2001," the Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform ( Implementation ) " was issued. In this cultural transformation of curriculum, autonomous, cooperative, inquiry are the main discourse. In September, 2005" Ordinary High School Language Curriculum Standards ( Experimental )" ( following referred to as the" new curriculum" ) began to implement. In addition to the five volumes required, in high school, we also offer the" poetry readings" ( Su teaches printing plate ) as an elective, and put forward the " accumulating integration, feeling appreciation, thinking understanding, applicating development, and creating" as the overall objective. But through investigation discovery,there are some problems and misunderstandings in this elective. Based on this case, the author tries to contact the dialogue teaching with" poetry readings", and reseach effectively the elective under the guidance of new curriculum standard.This paper mainly consists of three parts. The first chapter tries to compare Su teaches printing plate elective course with" poetry anthology" to clarify the optional features in" poetry readings", and combine with the present teaching situation to analyze the problems in the teaching of the elective. The second chapter is based on the origin of dialogue instruction theory to analyse the dialogue teaching content and characteristics, and research teaching dialogue teaching significance and value in the" poetry anthology". The third chapter is the core part of this paper, combining with the teaching practice, focusing on the application strategy of dialogue teaching in" poetry anthology", and reflects the elective and dialogue teaching characteristics. The chapter is different dialogue phase from discuss the teachers'teaching duties in the dialogue teaching, and introduces the four issues in" poetry readings" text dialogue and teaching method, which hoping to offer the reference to teach" poetry anthology" elective well.Teaching practice for many years let me deeply aware that only change the teachers' traditional teaching concept, around the new curriculum closely, and continue to carry out teaching inquiry, we can make the elective teaching full of hope.
