Effective research for classroom teaching is very important for reformation of elementary educational system. Effective classroom teaching for mathematic should be focus on trainning the students to be all-rounded, carrying out three-D goals, enhancing benefits of classroom teaching. Both of the teachers and studendts should be invloved in classroom teaching, teachers and students are the key factors to the effectiveness of classroom teaching. Teachers play an important role in classroom teaching, their teaching behavior influence the learning behavior of the students and determines the direction of classroom teaching and it's efficiency as well. Students are the main part in teaching activities, their age, knowledge, leanring method and participance are the key factors for teachers to prepare and process teaching activities.The research discussed effective teaching for mathematics under new curriculum consept in primary school by literature analytic approach and action research. The main reseaches are effective teaching design, teaching activities for mathematics, management of classoom teaching and course resource development.Effective teaching design is the premise of processing effective classroom teaching for mathemetics. Effective teaching design should be including following 3 aspects:the determine of teaching goal, process of mathemetics mateiral and design of exercise. Teaching goal is the start and end-result of classroom teaching which deterimines the direction. The process of teaching material is the premise for teachers to make the use of teaching material creatively and take advantage of teaching resourse. The design of exercise plays an important role in enhancing efficiency of classroom teaching and reducing too heavy homework for the students.Effective teaching is the key factor to carry out the teaching goal and have the students being developed. Effective teaching situation created for mathemetics can motivate the interest of students and provide a real circumstance for the teaching activities. Effective question and teaching is an important approach for the teachers to inspire students to think and guide the classroom teaching. Effective research is an important approach for the students to construct mathmetics knowledge and enhance the learning ability. Effective evaluation for classroom teaching can enhance the emotion and communication between the teachers and students and inspire the learning behavior of students.Effective management of classroom teaching means to fully take advantage of group effect from each factors in classroom teaching and enhancing the teaching efficiency of mathmetics through management of classroom circumstance, teaching progress and teaching behavior.
