As the people's spiritual pillar,culture exists to penetrate all aspects of people's life, and it has animportant impact on people's lifestyles, behavior, spirit, and value judgments.Culture is not fixed; it changes along with the expansion of social interaction and modes of productioncontinue to generate. As the promotion of the democratization of society and the development of productiveforces expand the communication scope between people, culture gradually develops from closed aptitude toopenness and globalization, and have contributed to the cultural diversity of today's era of globalization.Along with the process of globalization, modernization, information technology, multi-cultural co-exist willinevitably lead to the diversity of values. Pose a challenge not only on our lives, but a new mission andmandate given to values education. China is facing internal social transformation and the challenges ofglobalization; multi-culture has brought not only more freedom of choice but also the confusion to selectvalue. We have been enlightened on how to deal with multiple values in Western society from ValuesClarification to Character Education of response to the strategy; the plural values education can not bebiased in favor of value relativism, and pluralism is a harmonious coexistence.This article is based on the confusion value brought by the multiculturalism as the background. Fromthe world of young people living teenagers' values to be self-generated is propounded in the context ofmulticulture. As the leading people of the young student's correct value, the class adviser should guidethem how to properly and effectively develop value judgments and self-constructed, so that young peopleremain consistent with the values of state-led under the impact of the coexistence of plural values, and thento promote scientific values and moral responsibility to generate.
