Six Sigma is rigorous and systematic improving methodology which focuses on customers and utilizes data analysis to realize customers'satisfaction by continuous improving all processes. Many famous enterprises around world obtained remarkable achievements and benefits through implementing Six Sigma. As the keen competition of mobile phone parts manufacturing, improving technical capability, product quality and service quality, satisfying customers'request become efficient approaches to advance key competence of enterprise.This thesis studies technique, quality control and management in CNC process of mobile phone lens manufacturing, and also studies how to combine improving processes of DMAIC in Six sigma with manufacturing practice, and achieve the goal of improving producing efficiency and product quality, so as to advance comprehensive competence of enterprise.This thesis firstly describes Samsung lens manufacturing processes in enterprise, highlights existing issues in enterprise and introduces main study contents and study method, then summarizes DMAIC processes of Six sigma management, and how to implement Six sigma management in manufacturing. At last, key CTQ items of CNC process is measured, analyzed, and optimized. Improvement schemes based on facts and data after analyzing are proposed, and finally gained the ends of improving product quality and producing efficiency in CNC process of enterprise. |
