Along with the economy globalization and Knowledge Economy Age approach, the competition between employees within the companies becomes intense. The intension also causes more and more companies to consider employee training as a key element to improve its core competitiveness and gain further successes. Meanwhile, as one of major human resources investment, the effectiveness of training is hard to measure in physical ways. Thus, with the aim to strengthen training effectiveness, there are plenty of ways and methods to be applied for monitoring and reviewing training results and provide references for developing specific measurements to improve the training management.Training evaluation is an essential factor among training management chain. A comprehensive training evaluation system could systematically assess various aspects which include training requirement, training plan, training course implementation and results, etc. The dissertation firstly introduced the basic conception and theoretical principle of training evaluation, and compared domestic and overseas training evaluation approaches which setup the academic frame for analyzing S Auto-mobile company situation. Following this, the dissertation analyzed current training situation of S Auto-mobile Company, formulated comprehensive evaluation solution for solving the existed problems and optimization plan. The final part of this dissertation included the implementation conclusion of the mentioned optimization plan in the company. The comments from the conclusion may provide meaningful references to S Auto-mobile Company and other Chinese companies to establish and improve training evaluation system.Based on the dialectical and developmental viewpoints, this dissertation applies theoretical analysis and case study combining with empirical research method, and makes the Auto-mobile Company proposal representative and also meaningful in both theory and practice.
