| With the development of the science and technology, more and more productionlines require the process of work become more automation and informatization. Thekey technology to achieve this target is material tracking technology. Not only thematerial tracking technology can be used in material’s position and informationsupervision but also be used in industrial control，movement control, and makes agood foundation to production line automatic working. In the face of increasingcompetition in the domestic and international markets, an effective material trackingsystems, it is necessary and urgent.An integrated material tracking system includes two parts, one is the supervisionof material information witch on the line. The other one is the production lineautomatic working base on the tracking information. Material tracking system’schiefly job is tracking the material’s information, just like material’s ID, material’sposition, material’s length and width etc. The more important job is making theproduction line more automation and informatization, increases the efficiency andenterprise’s centre competitiveness.This paper bases on the system of heat treatment line of Liuzhou Iron and SteelCompany Limited. Declare the hardware and net construction of system. On the basisof industrial request give an integrated method to material tracking. Meanwhile baseon the material tracking information using the classic control method on heattreatment line, completed frequency conversion roller automatic control, sand blowmachine system automatic control, cold bed automatic control.Liuzhou Iron and Steel Company heat treatment line’s automation system useS7-400PLC which made by SIEMENS company. WinCC be used in HMI, providethe tracking pictures and alarm information. L2manager system use Oracle data base.PLC must record whole material information and communication with L2managersystem by message to update the material information in Oracle data base. |
