| Army management is the important segment of army’s development, which is the important basement of each other work, and it’s also the important factor for consolidating and enhancing fight ability. Army management covers ground, every aspects of army construction.In the21st century, the environment that we face is very rigorous. The war in Afghanistan warns us again that the war is not remote from us. The time for us to prepare for war is not rich, and we should have strong sense of urgency and duty to well prepare for the success of the semi-war in the high technology condition. In the21st century, the assignment of army construction and fighting calls us emancipating the mind, renovating notion, renovating and developing army management theory.The existing army management is still the continuation of the traditional management mode, which regulates soldier training, living and working according to, institutions. The management method is quite single and totally "order style". With rigorous sense of hierarchy, no one ventures to irritate the authorities. Human care in the management is less, and the quality effect notion is very weak. Aim at such situation, this paper took some car company as case study and discussed applying modern management ideas to the car company management to deal with its existing problems in the new period and new stage. Based on the analysis of the feasibility of applying finely management method, information management method and human management method to car company management, this paper discussed the advantage of army management by applying human management, finely management and information management. At last, a new set of management method is summed up.This paper has the practical meaning and reference value for management of bacial army. And human management method, finely management method and information management method make this new army management method better suited to the development of new period army. |
