Nowadays with the intensive competition and unpredicted environment, work gradually becomes diverse and complex, which makes great pressure for the workers of different fields. Executives of the civil service as a government department, is the main executive of the National Public Administration, is a fairness and justice on behalf of the government actors, is a major force in building a harmonious government. Consequently, job burnout has been a great problem. Job burnout is mainly reflected in several aspects such as having no sense of achievement in work, lack of vigor and work enthusiasm, being indifferent to other people, lack of sympathy, etc. According to many investigations, it has been known that there is a higher rate of job burnout among civil servants. Civil servants, as the executives of government, are the practitioners of Chinese public management and public affairs. As the mainstay constructing socialist harmonious society, civil servants have not only affect the individual’s physical and mental health, as well as the harmony of the individual and the family, and colleagues, at the same time its good working condition directly determines the overall performance of the governmental organizations level, the decision-governmental organizations the ability to govern and administrative levels, thus affecting the harmony of people and organizations, people and society.Therefore, in order to ensure the efficient functioning of government administration, in order to build a harmonious socialist society, from the various aspects of the analysis of specific performance and causes of job burnout of junior civil servants, and put forward relevant countermeasures, is a meaningful thing. This research as follows, Firstly, According to Maslach, three-dimensional degree theory to the analysis grassroots civil servants’ job burnout status and influence in Xi Xiang tang district of N city. Secondly, all aspects of civil servants to produce the specific causes of job burnout. Lastly, According to information obtained corresponding countermeasures to prevent and alleviate the situation of grassroots civil servants job burnout, the grassroots civil servants to deal with a more healthy state, thus ensuring the civil service to an individual’s physical and mental harmony, harmony with governmental organizations, as well as and social harmony.
