At present, China actively building a service-oriented government, the country’sadministrative system is maturing. Service-oriented government requires thetransformation of government functions, optimizing the overall structure, straighteningout relations, and improve work performance. Transformation of government functionsof economic regulation, market supervision and regulation, social things managementinto the public service system, to further improve the status of the public service, makesure to provide the people with a set of real-convenient, fast, high-quality, high in onepublic services. The core concept of the service-oriented government service, nationalcivil servants from the people, rooted in the people, a servant of the people, the exerciseof their right to grant and recognition of the people, all administrative decisions madeon behalf of the majority of the masses, the people’s the will always reflect the highestinterests of the people are met. Build a service-oriented government should raise theawareness of civilservants’ career, the understanding of the responsibilities andobligations of their own posts, and enhance the awareness of serving the public, wemust build a high-level, high-efficiency, high-quality service civil service.
