From the national bureau of statistics data released in April2011,the rural population in China is50.32%, though the number fell, but the countryside is adifficult point of national work, we face the problem is still about the country’s economicand social development between urban and rural areas. To research on the problem and toresolve it determine the degree of China’s socialist modernization construction, which isabout economic and social coordination, orderly development, more closely connectedwith the implementation of the Chinese people’s happy life. In the new historical period, thethesis is based on marxist classical urban-rural relation theory, and summary of marxism inthe new period of urban and rural relation theory, according to China’s national conditionsto sinicization, the thesis will guide China’s socialist new rural construction, where thetheoretical value and practical significance lies.In this paper, the problems occurring in the process of China’s urban-rural integrationconstruction has carried on the analysis and research, it discusses the main content of thesinicization of marxism theory of relationship between rural and urban areas, the study ofdifferent historical periods the main cause of urban and rural policy changes and theirinfluence.
