Research On The Legal Mechanism Against Terrorism Under The Framework Of The Shanghai Cooperation Organization

In today’s international society, the terrorism crime has become a biginternational hot issues, in this context, active in the fight against terrorism andpromote counter-terrorism cooperation becomes extremely important. Shanghaicooperation organization has been the joint anti-terrorism cooperation as the priority,the group attaches great importance to the anti-terrorism mechanism construction,established in12years, has formed its own unique mode of anti-terrorism.Especially in anti-terrorism leadership, Shanghai cooperation organization claimsthat joint United Nations play a major role in international cooperation againstterrorism. Although the organization has achieved certain success in constructionaspect, gradually established various meeting mechanism, and signed the charter ofthe Shanghai cooperation organization, the fight against terrorism, extremism andseparatism Shanghai convention treaty, such as set up a secretariat and regionalcounter-terrorism agency. But, in actual operation, due to differences in nationalpolitics, economy, culture, members showing some insufficient in anti-terrorismcooperation.In this article, through comparative analysis, historical analysis and othermethods of anti-terrorism legislation under the framework of the mechanism throughtheoretical analysis and put forward the problems that exist in the correspondingsuggestion to solve the problem.
